Senior Manager – Human Resources

Our client, listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong is an international and leading visionary property developer with headquarters in Shanghai. The Company has a proven track record in developing large-scale, mixed-used city-core development projects and integrated residential development projects. Due to company expansion, they are looking for a senior HR practitioner.

Responsibilities

Managing a team of 4 staff, you will be responsible for full range of HR matters for the Commercial Group which includes Office and Retail Leasing, Residential Sales, Branding & Marketing, their landmark Operations and clubhouse management. He/She will also be responsible for the HR Policy, manpower planning, employee relations, compensation & benefit policies, HR system administration functions plus regional HR support to selected China cities projects. 

Requirements

- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.

- Minimum 8 years experience in a multinational organization or major locals.

- Full spectrum of HR experience, with good exposure to HR practice and Labour Ordinances in HK and China. Prior experience in China is a definitive plus.

- Good in spoken & written English and Mandarin.
