Our client is a mid –cap Singapore main board listed company. Reporting directly into the Investor Relations and Corporate Finance Director, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

Enhancing
shareholders’ value, improving liquidity, recruiting sell-side coverage,
managing analyst coverage and maintaining effective communications with
investors and sell-side analysts.
- Direct overall Investor Relations strategy and monitor external service vendors as well as ensuring compliance with Stock Exchange disclosure requirements.
In order to effectively fulfil this role, you will need to have established investor relations experience. This will ideally have been established within an in-house role, however individuals from an agency environment with experience of investor relations consulting for financial services companies will be considered. You will also need a sound understanding in financial modelling and a good knowledge of investor issues from a business perspective.
